Monday thru Thursday night rates are $110.00 * per night.
Weekend rates are $130.00 * per night.
Weekday rates are $120.00 * per night.
Weekend rates are $150.00 * per night.
Both rooms are located on the second floor of our home and include a full breakfast. Coffee, tea, water and soda are provided in your room.

Let us know what activities you want to enjoy during your stay and we will be happy to put together a custom package. Spa treatments, Ski passes, Pool passes, and Golf games, Whitewater Rafting trips, Horseback rides or a Catered picnic can be arranged when you book your stay with us.
Policies
Two night minimum stays are required on weekends. Reservations require a deposit equal to the first nights stay. Reservations cancelled with 14 days notice will have the deposit returned minus a $20 handling fee. Cancellations made later will result in loss of deposit, unless your reservation can be filled. We will happily reschedule a reservation with no forfeiture of deposit.
Children can only be accommodated when both rooms are reserved, and one roll out twin can be set up in the sitting room of the River Suite. Well behaved dogs may stay with their humans for an additional fee of $10.00 per night. With the humans being responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Proof of vaccinations will be required when reservation is made. Our bed and breakfast is a non smoking facility, in accordance with Colorado State and local laws. Smoking is permitted on the front porch.
